    Really enjoyable. Very well equipped and clean. Only hope will be nice to have curtain blind for the shower area with the bathtub and that toilet has a little damp smell. But small issue. Already planning to book it again for next trip there. Thank you.

    Apartment so no lobby but they have a cleaner every 4 days and they try their best to help. Close to market and Chabad.

    First I want to say that the people who manage the condo did a great job and the housekeeping woman (every third day at no extra charge) was delightful. The problems with this condo are in its design and that is needs updating. The couch needs replacing which sags so bad after sitting in it a few minutes it about dumps you on to the floor. It has a large enough table for a two bedroom but there is no place for it other than next to the entry door. It only has two chairs, not good for a two bedroom and they either block the entry door, block the access to the living area or block access to the stove and microwave. It has no wall plug closer than the one over the kitchen counter which required us to tape the extension cord to the wall so the stove did not melt it. The shower is in the 2nd bath not the master bath and is way larger than it needs to be, making getting in, out and using the 2nd bathroom a struggle. The master bath has a tub that requires athletic skills to get in and out of and the shower head is not usable since there is no shower curtain or splash guard to keep water off everything on the sink counter. Beds are firm and we slept well. A seriously flawed design makes this condo not very enjoyable but if you desperately need two bedrooms it is a reasonable value. The Astra condos are well managed despite many short term rentals that are technically not allowed. People constantly leave the key card security doors to the elevators and on to the floors opened so anyone can enter. Not good security but Chiang Mai is pretty safe. Location is excellent for an easy stroll into the Night Market and surrounding areas.
