Welcome to Leonardo Arms 317, a charming two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. This monthly rental offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle with a pool and partial Gulf views.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The dining area features a table for four, while the living room provides comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it an inviting space to unwind after a day at the beach.

Step out back to the private balcony, furnished with a table for four, where you can enjoy morning coffee or dine outdoors. From here, you’ll overlook the pool with the Gulf shimmering in the distance, creating a peaceful backdrop for your stay.

The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, its own TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is designed with families in mind, offering three twin beds—two of which are bunk beds—making it perfect for kids. The second bathroom also features a walk-in shower for added convenience.

Leonardo Arms is a welcoming beachfront complex where guests can enjoy the pool and the sugar-white sand just steps away. Beyond the property, you’ll find Santini Plaza nearby, offering shops, restaurants, and local charm to round out your Fort Myers Beach experience.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
