Please note that a Homeowners Association (HOA) application is required for this vacation home and must be submitted at least 20 days prior to arrival. Failure to submit the application on time may result in delays or cancellation of your stay, so please plan accordingly. A non-refundable $150 HOA application fee is also required.
The Beautiful Bella Lago. Guests will enjoy the quaint and quiet of this charming Bay Beach Ln property. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit features a 1 King with walk-in shower bathroom and double sink along with a queen in the guest room and private bath with tub shower combo. Stepping into the living area, the comfy couch looks out onto the lanai and pool/spa area. It comes equipped with a full kitchen for enjoying your own meals along with an extra den room. The unit features WiFi and cable with TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Guests have access to the shared pool, spa, and fitness center which are located on the other side of the condo.
The location is perfect as it's within walking distance to the bay, the Gulf Beach, and Santini Plaza for shopping and restaurants. The beach access is just across the street! Want to get out on the water? Fish Tale Marina is in the same area and features chartered tours or boat rentals.
