About this apartment rental
2 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse condo directly on the beach on the south end of Ft. Myers Beach. Our unit is on the top floor, with two balconies offering fantastic views of not only the Gulf, sandy beach and ocean, but also the lights of the island at night and activity of the town and the bay side. Beautifully maintained property and unit, with a close proximity to everything you need for a wonderful stay. Modern and updated with newer furnishings and TVs, and a most comfortable reclining sectional. Also a pull out couch for extra sleeping options. Great swimming pool with a hot tub, and available grills and picnic area available as well.
Our condo in Bermuda Dunes is located on the south end of the island, which we love because it allows us to avoid any seasonal traffic heading in across the bridge from the north end. You're a few steps from the pool and the ocean, and within walking distance to everything you need; restaurants, bars, ice cream parlor, nightlife, full-service marina and shopping! It's also close to about anything else you'd want to do while in the area. There's a trolley stop right in front of the building, that will take you anywhere from Lover's Key to Times Square. Water taxis are also available across the street at the marina.
In-unit washer & dryer, well-furnished kitchen, wi-fi and cable, all towels (including beach) and bedding included, 3 TVs (including large screen in living room).
The absolute ideal location for short or long term stays! Discounted rates are available for full season or long term rentals.

We stayed here over the holidays, and loved every minute of our vacation. The condo was beautiful, clean, and supplied with everything we needed. It has a gorgeous view from the balcony and is only steps away from the beach. We spent much time at the beach, the pool, and the hot tub . . . totally relaxing! There were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance for those nights we didn’t want to cook. We spent time kayaking, (actually kayaked by dolphins up close), biking nearby Sanibel Island, shopping in Naples, and people watching at Times Square. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again in the future.

Craig and Kathi have a gorgeous condo that is extremely comfortable and has plenty of room. Kitchen is updated and well-stocked, large dining table and space for family and guests. Great living space to watch sports and movies with digital cable, surround sound and dvd/blue-ray. Bedrooms are comfortable with master having sleep number bed. Beautiful beaches and this condo has all of your towels, beach chairs, and coolers! Craig and Kathi made booking easy and were so helpful with communicating to us throughout the process and making sure we were having an enjoyable stay. We have stayed in many condos for vacations and this was top-notch! We will absolutely look to stay here again and would suggest it to family and friends.

As advertised! Very clean with wonderful views of city and ocean. We had to make tough decisions each day ( to go to the beach or the pool first)!
We could easily walk to 8 restaurants , our favorites were South Beach and Fish Tales. Craig was proactive in contacting us to see if everything was ok, but we did not need anything. The other residents were extremely friendly and made our month stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend the south end of Ft Myers Beach for a more relaxed atmosphere and you won't be disappointed with this condo! Bill and Joanie
