Fees must be paid to the owner via Zelle at least 3 days prior to arrival. If guests register less than 3 days prior to arrival, there is a $100 late fee. Same-day registration is not allowed
- Fees: temporary membership (age 6+) $8.50 daily, $42.50 weekly (in-season, late May-early September), $2 daily (off-season); transaction fee per rental $20; gate fee per vehicle $20 (paid upon arrival)
- Guests must provide their direct email address to the property owner ASAP upon confirmation of booking to ensure that registration information is fulfilled promptly. The Association must receive the guest's email address so the guest has the correct access information
- Community amenities are closed on national holidays and January 1st. The host is not responsible for community amenities that are closed due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances
