About this house rental
Our home is 1500 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, Cable TV and WiFi, Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Upstairs is our family room with board games, Sony PlayStation 3, Pool Table, Fireplace and walk out deck to relax and enjoy yourselves. Outside relax in the 7 person Hot Tub or sit by the Fire pit with your favorite beverage. Our home is in a gated community that also offers many weekend family activities in their 4 million dollar clubhouse as well as Boat rentals, Fishing, Playgrounds, 3 Heated Pools (one of which is only 2 blocks away on our street), 4 Beaches, and Tennis Courts. Bed Sheets, Bath and Kitchen Towels are NOT provided, Linen service can be provided by a local company if needed. Also some paper products are available but please bring your own to ensure you have enough. We also have a 4 person golf cart available for a fee of $35 per day (to be paid separately) to go back and forth to pools or beaches or just to cruise around the development for fun.
The fees listed below can be paid through Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. They can also be paid through the Vrbo site but a 15% surcharge would be added due to vrbo fees withheld. Once given the number of cars registration will be completed by me as per new Arrowhead policy and I will pay the fees.
Arrowhead fees are as follows.
*Temp membership fees are $8.50 per person per night ages 6 and up peak season or $42.50 for a full week and $2.00 per person off season
*Vehicles will be charged $20 per vehicle for gate passes
*Transaction Fee: $35
*Arrowhead will not allow anyone onsite without being registered.

Great house for a family ski weekend. It was an easy drive to Jack Frost. Great house for family / kids. Clean and comfortable.

Weather didn’t cooperate for skiing but that didn’t change our mood! 2 families coming together for a family weekend and this house served us well from having different spaces for us to hang out, things to do and was very clean. We have rented many different homes and this was our favorite so far! We played pool in the upstairs rec room of the home, had a puzzle going all weekend on the dining room table, played cards and had plenty of room to prep our meals. Older kids used the hot tub and liked that option very much. Beds were comfortable too, something that is very important to us. We Even brought along our 4 legged family member (a little bichon poodle) and we could take her for walks in the community. Highly recommend!

My mother and I stayed with 4 teen boys and one younger son. There was plenty of room to spread out and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. The only down side was that the kitchen and living space are on separate floors of the house so that was a little different. Overall great time and the boys enjoyed the hot tub! Thanks!

Loved our vacation ans host helpful and very cooperative. And he noted in process of finding new cleaning service. What appearws to be a nice home was not cleaned well. Dust everywhere and items under all beds and furniture. Kitchen and eating area was clean
