INDOOR LIVING: 4 Smart TVs (1 in every room) includes prime video subscription, electric baseboard heat, dining table with seating for 4, young children's toys, games for the whole family, books, and a washer/dryer. KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, microwave, Keurig (limited k-cups provided), industrial coffee maker, toaster, blender and more. GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries, towels/linens, starter kit of kitchen and bathroom paper products, Pack N' Play, and highchair. PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles) PETS: We allow 1 dog 25lbs and under with one-time pet fee of $35 You will have access to the entire home and all of Arrowhead Lakes amenities. In the home there is a welcome book with everything you would need to know about the home. If you need to contact us there is an emergency number to guest services available 24/7. This home is located in the Gated community of Arrowhead lakes Upon arrival you need to register at the front gate with your license and car registration. You are then provided a gate card for entry and exit of the community. There is a gravel driveway at the home for parking. The Arrowhead Lakes community is conveniently located near 940, 115, the PA Turnpike. It makes for a great stay year-round as it is filled with its own amenities within a close drive to much more!
