The Lake Escape is a scenic lakeside home for those seeking to relax and recharge. The home is nestled directly on beautiful Lake Arrowhead, featuring private beach, dock, and lake access. Canoes and peddle boat are included. 20-40 min from several ski mountains and 15 min to Kalahari.
Guests can also enjoy the numerous amenities included in the Arrowhead Lake Community.
The space
Guests have access to the entire home (except a couple small owners' closets), which features a large backyard that is directly on Lake Arrowhead. Guests will have a spectacular view of the sunrise as the sun comes up over the lake in the morning. The home has only one direct neighbor so there should be plenty of privacy and quiet.

NEWLY RENOVATED BASEMENT WITH CUSTOM BUILT EN SUITE MASTER BATH AND NEWLY RENOVATED POWDER ROOM.
Guests have access to private dock/beach, 1 adult kayak, 1 child's kayak, 1 canoe, and outdoor firepit.
The house comes with 2 adult bikes and 1 kids bike that guests are free to use.
Newly renovated basement contains foosball table, Simpsons Arcade console, dart board, game cube, poker table/chips, and numerous board games.
The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing and cooking meals. We also have plenty of children's plates/trays and utensils. The kitchen and dining area directly overlook the lake.
The family room contains a wood burning fireplace that guests are welcome to use as well as 50” TV with Chromecast streaming capabilities. There is a DVD collection in the basement for extra entertainment.
All bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses, linens and pillows. The two larger bedrooms have queen size mattresses and the children's room has bunk beds with twin mattresses, a separate twin bed and contains plenty of children's books.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ - ARROWHEAD COMMUNITY FEES
The Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA) has mandatory registration fees for all renters. We try to keep our nightly rates lower to account for these additional fees. Guests must pay the ALCA fees at least 4 days prior to arrival or the ALCA will deny access.
**ALCA FEES:
1) Vehicle Gate Cards: $20 per vehicle, per stay
2) Administration fee: $20 one time, per stay (Non-Refundable)
3) Temporary Membership:
-Off-season: $2 per person, per day
-In-season: $8.50 per person, per day
(Children under 6 years old are free)
For any changes to your reservation, please contact me right away. It must be done 4 days before arrival.
Fishing licenses are available to be purchased online or in person through Arrowhead Lake Community Association website. Township Registration # 016218

Overall, great location and property. We gave it four stars for two reasons: 1. Outdoor deck was a bit beat up. The metal table was completely rusted which was a bit unsafe to use as it was chipping and the wooden deck was also chipping so footwear was needed to insure you don’t get a splinter 2. It was a pain to have to drive a quarter mile out of your way just to dump off the trash. Other than that, we loved the house. We would certainly rent again despite the inconveniences. Property manager was very responsive.

We had a great time! Michael is very responsive. The house was clean and comfortable and a great location with access to the lake. I love that we are able to bring our dog and she can enjoy the lake too! This is the second time we have booked a long weekend here to relax and plan to continue! Thank you for having us!

We had a very nice, comfortable, relaxing stay at this house for a long weekend. Place is very clean and situated right on the water, which even in winter is great, with a frozen lake you can walk out onto! Super warm and cozy in winter, and the downstairs/basement area, kitchen and upstairs bathroom are all recently renovated so they make a good effort of keeping the place up to date. Beds were very comfortable (always important) with plenty of seating and also plenty of kitchen equipment. Lots of games for families to enjoy.Mike was very friendly and communicative, and check-in was easy. Only minor quibbles were the front door sticking a bit and also a lack of hot water in the showers in the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, which is just due to how the shower nozzles were set (plenty of hot water in the faucets) and which Mike will get updated so shouldn't be an issue in the future (or in the summer).Would highly recommend! A great place to stay in the Arrowhead Lake community!
