Spread across the second and third floors of a beautifully appointed beach house, this 2,100 sq ft retreat blends modern luxury with the laid-back energy of one of San Diego's most beloved coastal neighborhoods.

**The Space**
With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms sleeping up to 10 guests, there's room for the whole crew:
- Bedroom 1 — Two full beds
- Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
- Bedroom 3 — King bed
- Bedroom 4 — King bed
The beach house occupies the second and third floors of the property. A long-term tenant lives quietly in the ground floor unit — you'll have complete privacy and full use of your space, and they're used to welcoming guests above.

Essentials: AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, full cookware and tableware, cable TV, and two parking spaces in the garage.
Beach gear included: Boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a built-in BBQ for evening cookouts. Shampoo, soap, detergent, and linens all provided.
