3- story home with 3 bedrooms plus large sleeping loft.
2 of the 3 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.
Large Loft sleeps 4 more in beds
3 full baths with on-demand hot water means you’ll never run out.
Vaulted ceilings, open living space, large dining area, full kitchen.
Kitchen is well stocked by owners who love to cook.
Home is well maintained and beautifully decorated.
High speed internet, smart TV.
Free Speed Queen washer/dryer in garage for your exclusive use
Parking:
2 parking spots large enough for SUVs.
One is a garage spot and one is an outdoor spot large enough for your biggest vehicle.
Recently installed wider garage doors make accessing garage parking easier.

On Pacific Ocean side of Mission Beach.
Two houses between us and the beach
Walk to beach in under 30 seconds.
Short walk to the bay side.
Easy walk to many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and Belmont Park.
Short drive/uber to downtown San Diego and all it has to offer.
10+ minutes to the airport.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary bedroom #1 has king bed and en-suite bathroom and access to front patio.
Primary bedroom #2 has cal king bed and en-suite bathroom and access to front patio.
Third bedroom has a cozy queen bed, located on main living floor.
Large loft area with two twins and a queen bed.
Outdoor areas:
Enjoy outdoor areas on every level.
On ground floor, enclosed front patio is private (not shared) with gorgeous ocean views.
Enjoy pretty garden, teak dining table, umbrella and BBQ.
On the second floor off main living area, the “coffee porch” is a favorite spot for our guests to gather.
On third floor, roof deck has stunning 360 degree views of beach, bay, and Belmont Park.
Heating & Cooling:
Please be aware there is NO Air conditioning in the home.
There are plenty of ceiling fans and standing fans.
There is central heat in the unit during cooler months
For our younger guests:
Portable cribs, high chairs, built-in baby gates
Beach toys, books, board games, puzzles
Other things to note
Need more room? If your group is larger than 10, inquire about “The Dollhouse,” the two bedroom guest apartment above the garage. This charming space, originally built in the 1930’s can sleep an additional 4-5 guests.
