2017 complete remodel! Beachy-chic style with ocean views from both 2nd and 3rd levels. This amazing property is just steps to the beach, boardwalk and famous Belmont Park. Featuring 6 bedrooms - including 3 Master Suites - 5.5 baths and sleeping arrangements for up to 17 guests. Enjoy unparalleled ocean and sunset views from either expansive deck while barbecuing or just relaxing in this ideal vacation home.
Throughout the 3000+ square feet of bright and open living space, our home is ideal for families and travelers looking to experience everything San Diego has to offer. The entry floor has a family room, dining area as well as 2 bedrooms/2 full baths and a laundry room. There is a Master suite and a second bedroom with queen size bunk beds sleeping a total of 6. The 2nd floor boasts an open kitchen, dining and living area with stone fireplace ideal for entertaining, as well as 2 bedrooms/1.5 baths and another laundry room. The 3rd floor features 2 spacious Master suites. The front Master showcases bi-fold doors opening directly to the 3rd floor deck where you can relax while watching and listening to the ocean surf - you will feel like you are sitting on the beach! The second Master features a huge bathroom complete with a rainfall shower, separate makeup vanity, dual sinks and a huge soaking tub with ocean views! A cozy 3rd floor office provides a private retreat for those needing to (begrudgingly) bring work along with them.
The home includes top of the line appliances, furnishings, cabinets, windows, floors, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and DirecTV. Property features include TWO fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, washer and dryer, barbecue, parking garage for one full-size car and one compact car PLUS an outdoor parking space for one standard size car. There is a convenient outdoor shower located on the side patio for quick clean-up after the beach. The beds in each room are as follows:

Our home is located steps to the beach and a half-block to Belmont Park, an oceanfront amusement and entertainment center boasting the historic Giant Dipper roller coaster, famous simulated wave machines and unique oceanfront restaurants. We are located approximately 5-10 minutes to SeaWorld and 15-20 minutes from downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo and San Diego International Airport.

Garage is 15'3" wide 17'3" deep and the garage clearance is 6'8".
Outdoor space is 8 feet wide by 18 feet long.
