GUEST ACCESS
You’ll have complete access to the entire beach home, with convenient keyless entry. Detailed check-in instructions will be shared with you before your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy arrival.
CARE OF PREMISES: Please treat the homes with the same care as you would your own. Confetti and tape are not permitted on walls, windows, glass, cabinets, or any surfaces.
RENTAL AGE: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a stay.
We are available to address any issues that may arise during your stay and resolve them as quickly as possible.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS: The City of San Diego “Good Neighbor Policy” expects all guests to abide by all laws, be respectful, and maintain the residential character of the neighborhood. Infractions of the noise limits pursuant to SDMC § 59.5. 0401 and 59.5. 0501 can result in individual administrative citations of both the guest, and the host, of up to $1,000. Under no circumstance shall loud noises be allowed after 10:00 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m. This restriction includes use of amplified music, shouting, slamming doors etc.). Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
