The beach view and access were superior!! Teapot lid was broken in the drawer before our use. What would have made the communication and experience 5 star would have been given the go ahead to use garage before official check in time. Our family loved it and want to return!

4th year we brought kids, grand and great to Mission beach and this was the best house by far!! Pots, pans, dishes were a huge plus. The wife and I are amazed at how many people do not properly "outfit" the kitchen for large parties. This property had both plenty and good quality pans. This house is amazing! huge dinner table, Clean, on the boardwalk, comfy beds, large deck and larger roof top patio. they provide plenty of beach towels and a variety of beach toys for young and old. Plenty of beach chairs and a couple beach umbrellas. We would definitely rent again if the price is not too prohibitive.

This house was beautiful, clean and was so perfect for our large group of 23 people (3 babies). You could not ask for a better location being right on the beach and pretty much in between Pacific and Mission Beach. We were within walking distance to so many stores, coffee shops, small grocery stores and restaurants! There was definitely alot of stairs, which is mentioned in the listing. We did find the kitchen to be a lot smaller than the photos portrayed. Overall, loved this place and would stay here again!

Accurately listed. We rented both halves so that made it easier to worry about making any noise and not bothering others, but house is in a great location. I live in SD so i went and looked at it first, but very happy with the place. Our group would rent this house again
