Location is everything!! And this gem of a place is situated right on the beach which made it easy to return to the pad for lunch/beverages while leaving our chairs/towels at the beach b/c they were within eye-sight.We have stayed at other places in Indian Shores and find that this place offers a quieter beach b/c it is not associated with a tall multi-unit tower. This is a newer rental so they are adjusting to what a client might expect at this particular price point. But with that said, they were quick to provide responses and were open to learning what else they could do to make our stay enjoyable. we were there for some record cold/windy days. And for that we were very thankful for the pool area b/c it was protected a bit from the wind. We also enjoyed grilling on the grills provided.There are a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas. There is also a cooler available to use.Our flight out was late in the day and the host allowed us to check out a bit later so we could enjoy the morning on the beach before heading to the airport. We so appreciated that. The front area and deck was where we spent most of our time. So bright and cheery.
