Our condo is a Saturday to Saturday rental with a 7 day minimum.
Located on the sixth floor of the fabulously maintained Sand Castle 1 building in Indian Shores, this re-modeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is completely furnished and ready for you to enjoy. Watch the spectacular sunsets while sitting in the living room,lying on the king-size bed or sitting on the balcony. You can also watch the sunrise over the inter-coastal waterway from the
second and third bedrooms. This Gulf front unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and the pool, so you can keep an eye on the kids while sitting on the balcony. Welcome to paradise!
Note that a $250 refundable security deposit is required before check-in. The deposit will be returned shortly after check-out once the condo has been inspected by the cleaning staff.

Dino (our host) was great. Very responsive if we needed anything. He contacted us as soon as the condo was available so we were able to get in a little early. The unit was clean and very well stocked with things you may need.

Owner was phenomenal to communicate with. Dino texted us early to get us into the condo since our flight came in early. Condo was well stocked with all amenities. The beachfront was beautiful and lots of nice family's. This condo is great for a family.

Our stay was wonderful. Dino was able to be contacted at any moment that i needed him. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Pros- Location, we have stayed at various condos in Sand Castle I and love the location. The condo was very clean and well stocked as advertised. I also liked that there were 5 beds so each person in our family had their own bed.
Cons- We had to make several trips to buy items that we normally have been provided in previous rentals. There were no paper towels or napkins, no laundry soap. This wasn’t major but definitely an inconvenience. The knives in the kitchen were extremely dull.
Overall, we would stay here again!
