About this apartment rental
Direct Gulf front condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a very popular vacation destination, Indian Shores and the Sand Castle II condominium. This condo is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. The private balcony offers outdoor living space for meals, sunning, watching amazing sunsets nightly and listening to the surf! The living room has comfy leather couches and TV with cable and DVD player. The open floor plan makes a nice space for families to share special memories. The large dining table can host the perfect meal or a fun family game night. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the amenities of home including a microwave, dishwasher and new stainless refrigerator. The direct Gulf front master bedroom has a King size bed, sliding glass door to balcony, ceiling fan, smart TV with cable and DVD player and ensuite bathroom. The updated master bathroom has a step-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Double beds, ceiling fan and smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan, and smart TV. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the condo, no need to overpack! ****ONE DOG ALLOWED with a non-refundable $200 PET FEE**** The property also has a large heated pool, hot tub and gas grills for you to enjoy. The deck has plenty of loungers to bask in the sun. The pool deck is on the beachside of the building. This condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance calling to the U.S. and Canada. Don't forget to ask the rental manager about FREE Perks, like weekday bikes.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.

Love to look out over the beach!
The floor was dirty, smudgy.
The master shower floods the bathroom every time.
Only a small trickle of water comes out in the hall bath.
We called and left a message that there were no batteries in the tv remotes and never got a response.
But, it was a great vacation and nothing major to deal with.
Knowing these things, I would go back.

We loved this condo. It is right on the beach with amazing views. Close to all restaurants and a short drive to Clearwater and Johns Pass.

The condo was very comfortable and a nice location. I would not call it "premium". We enjoy cooking our own meals and stove and pans need replaced. There were plentiful dishes which was great. Beds very comfortable. Beautiful beach. Parking is very tight! Shower does not have a door and water goes everywhere.
