Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath gulf front condo with spiral stairs from balcony to the pool area. Updated premium condo constantly kept up with new quality furnishings. Make your vacation memories in this fabulous family friendly Sand Castle II. The open floorplan provides spacious living comfortable. The updated full-size, fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities of home with stainless appliances. The primary bedroom has a King bed, ceiling fan, large mounted smart TV, slider to balcony, and en suite bathroom. The en suite is beautifully updated with a step-in shower and glass enclosure. The second bedroom has 2 Queens beds, a ceiling fan, and a mounted smart TV. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds, a ceiling fan, and smart TV. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have windows that let in plenty of natural light and a view of the Intracoastal Waterway across the street. This condo has the added convenience of a full-size washer and dryer right in your condo. There is cable, and FREE secure high-speed Wi-Fi, and FREE long-distance calling to US and Canada.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
