Good morning sunrise, from the corner penthouse! This extra-large, 1900+sf, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo sits right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Two separate balconies and northern side windows provide amazing views of the busy Intracoastal of Indian Shores, boats and dolphins are regular travelers and occasionally even manatees can be seen. This is a 100% remodel, everything is new, with high-end finishes and solid floors, just completed in early 2020. The spacious living room has a slider to one of the private balconies, when you can pull yourself away from the water views there is a large TV with a DVD player for additional viewing pleasure. The large dining table is ready for the perfect meal or a fun family game night. The fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal or a yummy beach picnic. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a sliding glass door to the second private balcony. The complex offers an elevator, gas grill, and a heated swimming pool and hot tub. Prime location on Indian Shores with private Beach Access across the street. This complex has a long boat dock that extends out past a small mangrove hammock. It pops out into the Intracoastal where you can enjoy watching dolphins or do a little fishing.

The condo was great! Lots of space and great views. The walk to the beach could not be closer unless you were on the beach. They had chairs and umbrellas. The view of the intercostal is better than the ocean front views.
