About this house rental
A house on the banks of the Aveyron River, just a stone's throw from downtown.
If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, lulled by the gentle sound of flowing water, this is the place for you.
This house is ideally located. A walking trail that runs along the Aveyron River passes right by the front door. The Aveyron flows peacefully just behind the trail. You’ll enjoy exceptional views of nature and wildlife (ducks happily come by with their families to beg for bread) while still being just a stone’s throw from downtown.
There are 4 sleeping spots: one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a walk-in closet, and a private living area, and another with two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together or separated. A comfortable living room awaits you, equipped with a large-screen smart TV and, of course, fiber-optic internet access. It opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, standard coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mini-oven, microwave, and dishwasher). A laundry room equipped with a 9-kg washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner is at your disposal. Sheets and comforters are provided.
We will, of course, be delighted to welcome your pets. There is an enclosed, tree-lined garden at the back of the house for both you and your pets to enjoy.
