It was a pleasure to stay in such a clean, well equipped appartment.

An outstanding property in a central location, with easy walking access to the centre of town. Parking no problem and near appartment. Communication with the owner was easy, informative and helpful. The appartment is tastefully decorated and very well equipped and apppointed with modern appliances, comfortable beds with good quality linen. Everything exceptionally clean. I would recommend it as an exceptional appartment to stay.

Très agréable… tout est présent pour un bon séjour !

Appart cocooning, bien équipé avec un hôte qui a le sens de l’hospitalité en étant très agréable, réactif, aidant et en offrant même du vin local… bien situé, on peut tout faire à pieds, avec une jolie vue, chambres au calme. Au top !

Nos gustó todo. El apartamento es precioso, muy bien ubicado, totalmente equipado, con mucha luz natural, es fácil aparcar, y tiene unas vistas estupendas. Tiene juegos, videojuegos, Netflix, en fin... de todo. Nos encantaría volver. Jonathan estuvo atento y disponible para cualquier duda o problema, aunque no nos hizo, prácticamente, falta molestarle ya que estaba todo, perfectamente explicado en la guía digital que puso a.nuestra disposición. Totalmente recomendable.

Lo único es que es un tercero sin ascensor, por lo que para personas con dificultad de movilidad no es viable.

Top ausgestattetes Loft mir perfekter Lage

Sehr sauberes, geräumiges Loft mit top Ausstattung, keine Wünsche blieben offen. Einfacher check in & Out mit allen notwendigen Infos vor dem Aufenthalt über die gut übersichtliche App. Sehr gastfreundliche Inhaber mit Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank :) Auch perfekte Lage mitten in der Stadt. Hatte alles in allem einen super Aufenthalt, danke dafür an Jonathan :)

Instal.lacions noves i còmodes. Els nens es van poder distreure una miqueta amb la consola. Vistes maques al riu i pont. Aparcament fàcil i a prop.

És un apartament fantàstic! Indicacions perfectes per part de l'amfitrió per entrar a l'apartament. Molt ben situat i cèntric, amb bones vistes des de totes les estances. Aparcament públic gratuit al costat de l'apartament. Detall de benvinguda: una botella de bon vi rosat a la nevera! Gràcies!!! Hi ha tot allò que hom espera trobar, tot molt nou i de molt bona qualitat (electrodomèstics, utensilis de cuina, productes de neteja, etc.). Wifi i TV perfectes! L'apartament és molt espaiós i amb iluminació excel·lent, llits molt còmodes, llençols i tovalloles de qualitat. L'aire condicionat, amb aparells independents a la sala i a cada habitació, és perfecte (durant la nostra estada hi havia una onada de calor fins a 38 graus a migdia!). Podria seguir afegint més comentaris favorables... Només he destacat els més rellevants.

No hi ha cap detall negatiu, tot és perfecte! Només comentar que l'apartament està en un tercer pis, però fer exercici és molt bo per la salut!

Un appartement fabuleux ! Il est très très bien décoré , tout est neuf et propre, il est idéalement situé . Des capsules Nespresso n’attendent que vous pour être dégustées, une bouteille de vin est au frais aussi juste pour les nouveaux arrivants . Les instructions pour l’accès à l’appartement données par Jonathan sont super précises . Un 10/10 sans aucune hésitation !

Appartement cosy, très propre, fonctionnel, quartier calme bien qu'on soit en ville. Literie très confortable. Grande télé avec Netflix, Amazon Prime... Très bien situé, à 4 min à pieds de l'hyper centre de Villefranche. Boulangerie, bureau de tabac, charcuterie, fleuriste, au pied de l'appartement, au top ! Parking facile : zone bleue avec disque au pied de l'immeuble mais possibilité de parking gratuit dans les rues adjacentes. Hôte à l'écoute et hyper réactif

C'est vraiment pour chercher la petite bête, mais des rideaux aux fenêtres dans les deux chambres pourraient être un plus pour permettre plus d'intimité sans avoir à fermer les volets.

Apparemment magnifique

L’appartement est magnifique, calme, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien équipé on s’y sens comme chez nous. Il y a une très belle vue sur la ville et l’Aveyron. C’est facile pour se garer. Petite attention très sympathique à notre arrivée. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui est très accueillant et disponible. Je recommande se logement sans aucune hésitation.
