Atendimento. Sempre preocupados com o nosso bem-estar.
Cama, porque não curto beliche e a minha cama ficava em cima,mas nada que estragasse a minha experiência.

Os espaços são limpos, organizados e climatizados. Fiquei em um quarto com banheiro dentro, o que tornou a experiência muito boa. O chuveiro era elétrico mas com boa pressão e vazão de água. As camas não contam com cortina para isolamento. Foi fornecido toalha de banho e uma mantinha para dormir. Fica localizado a uma quadra do metrô (Estação Copacabana/ Siqueira Campos). Os lockers ficam na área compartilhada, e não dentro dos quartos. Tem um ambiente muito familiar. Conta com cozinha e espaços compartilhados para descansar ou fazer refeições.
Senti falta de uma tomada ao lado da cama e uma luzinha individual.
