Everything is new, modern and well equipped, with plenty of smart storage space. Everything feels fresh and carefully designed. The interior is stylish and well thought out — exactly like in the photos. We especially liked the comfortable bed, soft lighting, and the forest mural in the bedroom. It was easy to feel at home here. The building is new as well. The location is convenient: about 5 minutes by car to everything we needed. Quiet area, good for rest.

One small thing to keep in mind: the hot water comes from a boiler, so you need to plan the hot water usage a bit, especially if more than one person is showering.

The property was in a good, clean condition.

This property was not advertised as having air-con, so that is something to bear in mind during the peak summer months, as the apartment gets very hot. The property is unusual in that it requires a 2000 som cash deposit to be paid on arrival. This is then refunded upon checkout, subject to requirements. We agreed a checkout time of 9:30 AM with the landlord on the day that we arrived so that we could get to Manas airport in time for our flight. On the morning of departure, the landlord told us she had only just woken up at 9:30 and would arrive in around 20 minutes. They tried to argue that we hadn't agreed a checkout time with them, even though this was agreed and confirmed three times on arrival. We did not appreciate this cheeky attitude, as we had to cancel our taxi. The landlord also asked us to bring in the washing before we went to bed. As there was limited drying space, it meant we could not wash and dry our own clothes on the first day. The washing facility was a key reason for booking this apartment. A bit disappointed, but can be easily fixed with better communication between staff.
