Arte Apartment

This apartment has everything you could possibly need during your stay in Bishkek. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge, and even a washing machine, which was especially useful after our horse trekking tour. The apartment was clean and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of essentials like toilet paper, cleaning sponges, bin bags, spices, and washing liquid, so there’s no need to buy anything extra. There’s also a drying rack for clothes, as well as an iron and ironing board if you need them. The air conditioning was a huge plus during the 38°C heatwave and made the stay much more comfortable. The owner was very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, even when they fell in the middle of the night. Communication was smooth both in person using Google Translate and via WhatsApp. Payment was in cash in US dollars or Kyrgyz soms. There was a 0/24 store near the apartment which was a huge plus. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for both short and long stays.

L'appartement est sympas pour quelques jours. On y dort bien et il est bien équipé. Nous n'avons eu aucun soucis de sécurité. L'air conditionné dans la chambre est un plus.

Le bâtiment est très vieux et délabré. Le quartier fait quartier défavorisé. Il n'y a pas beaucoup à voir ou à faire autour. L'appartement est au 8ème étages avec un petit asenceur. Celle qui nous a réceptionné était sympathique mais ne parlait pas anglais. 12$ supplémentaire si vous voulez faire un check-in avant 14h00. Il faut payer en cash le jour de votre arrivée, donc retirer avant. La propriétaire, avec qui nous avons échangé sur whatsapp, n'a pas répondu lorsque nous lui avons posé une question pour notre voyage. Donc zéro soutien.

Everything about this apartment is great, it is warm, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a few days stay. The bed is comfortable. Communication with owner is excellent and she is very helpful. The location is ok, not right in the centre of things, but it's easy to walk or catch a Yandex if going further.

The host, Sophia was very responsive to all of my queries even before traveling to Bishkek. She made check in process very smooth and she was there physically. The location was accessible; safe and secured, quiet community. There was a nearby 24/7 supermarket. Restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk away. The entire apartment was fully equipped, clean, spacious and homey. Many fresh towels, toiletries and even hotel-slippers were provided. There’s a lift so no worries if you carry luggages on trip like us, despite the property is in the 8th floor. Very happy with our short stay here!
