Communication with the host became a problem. At first he was attentive and answered phone calls to help us get in the apartment without him being there. Problems began when we got inside the apartment - there were no dry towels, only ones drying on the drying rack still wet. The host promised that his sister would come to bring towels. While I was away myself and my girlfriend was at the apartment alone, an older and a younger woman arrived with no attempt to communicate with her, just sat down and waited for me. They gave us the towels which was good. Payment for the property was also done poorly. The host contacted me late at night asking how I would like to pay. When I asked if cash in USD was ok, he waited until our final night only to tell us he would only accept Som. Bank transfer and card payment possibility was promised and when asked for details, no response.
