очень чисто и просторно, не скажу, что всё прям идеально в плане мебели, но квартира действительно приятная и стоит своих денег. хороший хозяин, помог со всем разобраться. квартира оснащена цифровым замком - контактировать с владельцем не нужно, что для меня являлось большим плюсом, так как был поздний check in. расположение тоже супер. рекомендую
в квартире есть телевизор, ps3, smart tv, однако везде севшие батарейки. состояние мебели тоже не супер, что и понятно, ведь квартира сдаётся. Однако, несмотря на все минусы, соотношение цена/качество отличное.

Всё прошло отлично. По полученным инструкциям легко было заселиться. В квартире есть всё необходимое для проживания. Чисто, удобно, комфортно. И тихо. Хорошая изоляция, и окна выходят во двор.
Небольшие сложности с парковкой около дома, но вряд ли это можно исправить.
