AURA on Tugolbay ata 90

The building is an old Soviet-style structure, but the flat is renovated, it's located on the 9th floor. The flat looks exactly like it does in the photos. The area is central, next to Erkindik Park. It’s quiet and has coffee shops, currency exchange offices, and markets within a short walking distance. The hosts are very helpful (they provided extra blankets when I was feeling cold and let me check in at 9 am). In the kitchen, they’ve thoughtfully provided essentials like salt, sugar, pepper, oil, tea bags, and napkins. The tablecloth and sponge were new, which was an important detail for me. In the bathroom, they provided soap, shampoo, shower gel, TP, slippers, clean towels, and washing powder. Self-check-in was easy, and the instructions were very clear, so I didn’t have any issues. Please note that you will be asked to send your ID details to the host in order to check in. The Wi-Fi worked well, and I had no issues working remotely. The work table is located by the window and receives plenty of natural daylight.

Modern apartment living. Wifi was strong and stable. Location is ideal. And there's washing machine for laundry.

It was summer but there was only 1 ac unit for the entire apartment. We discovered this is typical of Bishkek to run on minimal a/c power but we weren't used to this. We checked out 1 day earlier.

It is a very modern and nice flat with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a stay.

The only thing I missed was a small table where you could sit and eat. In the kitchen there is a high counter but the chairs are too low to sit at it.
