Good communication with the host, modern fittings, aircon, clean. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Automatic nightlight in the shower room is a nice touch - avoids the main light and fan noise if you have a partner with you.
Numerical entry code via a pad on the door handle is slow to use, with no tactile feedback. No iron provided (I borrowed the hotel's but they didn't have a board for me to use - a mini one would be fine). A real bed would have been better.

All necessities are in the apartment. Small kitchen, TV for evening watches and a nice bathroom. Very clean.
The communication with the host was impossible. They are managing multiple properties and have outsourced the customer support to someone who doesn't speak Lithuanian or can answer questions. We asked twice, a day before and a day of booking whether there is a hairdryer in the room. Once over phone, once over e-mail and didn't receive an answer "yes" or "no", only that they will be looking into helping us out and never did.
