J'ai beaucoup apprécié la décoration des chambres et de l'établissement en général. L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, l'endroit est paisible et très reposant. L'accueil et les recommandations par Berry et Jai a vraiment été un plus et a rendu le séjour a Blue Home encore plus agréable

Great help from the staff on everything from where to exchange money to good recommendations to eat. Staff member Bo was a fantastic help and runs a good system.

The beautiful people at reception - Bo, Chai, Chia and Berry were so helpful. They helped me purchase a bus ticket and when i needed help with my shower - they were amazing. They were so friendly and were able to answer all my questions. It was lovely to see them so happy and helpful.

Location is great and the staff were helpful at times. They allowed me to borrow a towel after checking out. The AC was emitting a slightly musty smell, so the staff gave me some jasmine fragrance, which really made a difference.

The staff are slow to respond to requests. I requested a clean towel after returning from the gym, and the receptionist was eating lunch, so I expected a delay. They messaged me on booking.com 90 mins later asking if I still needed a towel. I received the message a little late and ended up going to the reception 3 hours later to collect. The cleaner was cleaning on the same floor at the time of request. They could have asked her to give me a clean towel there and then. The mattress was lopsided with one side unsleepable. I woke up with back pain. I was awoken by staff shouting at 08:30 and then they started vacuuming at 09:30. Come on, some people prefer to wake a bit later on their holidays.
