    Stayed here for 7 Nights. The room was super clean & the facilities was in good working condition upon arrival. Subsequently, the room facilities were functioning well throughout my 7 Nights stay. Location is very accessible to Vientiane Night Market, Restaurants especially Halal Restaurants, Cafes, Minimarts & Tourist attractions. Only 10 mins ride from Wattay Airport to the hotel which is convenient. Hotel staffs were polite upon arrival. One of the hotel staff was accommodative & helpful to render the daily "Make Up Room" service at a last minute due to some unseen circumstances. Hence, the room was professionally cleaned within 3 Mins. It's worth the money to stay here and its ideal for solo & budget travelers. Overall it's a good budget hotel to stay in with comfortable facilities, good customer service and polite hotel staffs. Will definitely come back to this hotel for my next stay in Laos, Vientiane.

    While the room is passable, in an effort to cut costs, they got rid of the morning coffee and breakfast service which I was depending on considering the lack of food options in this town. I asked the staff to tell her boss they should bring the service back and she rolled her eyes and scoffed.

    Regret to say that I am highly disappointed. First of all, we arrive early and requested for early check in, stuff said that able to check in 1pm but once we back 1pm the other stuff said only mange to check in at 2pm even tho it previous stuff already prepared the room & leave the key on the reception desk. The stuff attitude are too radicular. Upon check in we realised that always there are no water, we asked to stuff he acted like didn’t care at all, the cleanliness of room was too poor. We are deeply disappointed.
