Excellent location but a bit difficult to find at first - it's tucked behind the Japanese restaurant. I had the studio with terrace, which was wonderful value for money. Having a large, cold fridge and kettle at this price is great. Staff were lovely. Really good laundry service. Unlimited drinking water provided in sustainable packaging.

A bit grubby.

Basic guesthouse, true to the photos, a little outdated but comfortable, strong AC/WiFI, and free water refills. Location is prime where everything in Vientiane is within easy walking distances. I would certainly stay here again.

Neither of the outlets next to the bed would actually hold the plug in the socket but certainly not the end of the world.

Location is great, lots of places to eat and close to the night market. The bed was big and really comfortable. The shower was hot, though water pressure wasn’t so good. Air con was powerful and quiet. WiFi was great. Very peaceful and quiet, no noise from the road. Great place to relax. They have a cute little Frenchie.

Some of the plug sockets need replacing. When plugging something in, the plug wouldn’t stay in. I was using a European 2 pin plug, I thought buying a converter plug would solve the problem, but it didn’t. Very annoying and also dangerous. The TV in my room would often not work. Even though it said it was connected to the WiFi, YouTube didn’t always work and when it did, it would often freeze.
