Work & Family Haven - Ashford

Property was very clean, great location only 7 minutes away from where we needed to attend a wedding, great play area over the road for children. Overall a lovely stay, will definitely book again in the future.

Only downfall to the property was the amount of weeds in the garden, a fair few was spiky and I had to pull them up so my children could go in the garden freely without worrying about spikes in there feet from weeds.

We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable, clean and had warm.

Couldn’t find it and advertised as an apartment. It’s a house 🤭

It has so much potential. The location is great for the tunnel and it is located in a cute & quiet little development with on street parking just outside. Lots of toiletries provided.

There was an ant infestation in the kitchen, they were over the worktops etc and so no food could be left there. There was only 2 forks (we were a family of 5) and no knives and the crockery that was there was dirty. Coffee cups had already been used and put in cupboard without being washed. The whole place was just a bit grubby and poorly maintained. Doors didn't shut properly, paint had peeled off skirting, a broken plug socket in the living room. I am a host so I genuinely don’t leave a negative review lightly but I wish we had saved the money & just gone straight for the Tunnel.
