Met basic requirements
Tired, lacked maintenance, knocks loose, Tv hanging on one bolt, wallpaper pealing, creaking floor above bedroom, bed mattress lumpy, no safety mat in bath/shower. No cutting board in kitchen, no glass tumblers for water.

Great location for Sittingbourne. Set in lovely surroundings. Very clean accommodation.
Only thing missing from the accommodation is some fans as there is no air-conditioning in the accommodation so the main bedroom was hot even with the window open. We did take our own fans with us because we knew there was no air-conditioning.

We needed a place to stay for a nearby wedding. It was 8 minutes away so that was good
The grounds, the property are all a little tired and could do with some maintenance as it would make a big difference The worst part which ruined our stay & left us feeling more tired than we arrived was the upstairs apartment. We had a downstairs apartment but the ceiling / flooring has zero sound proofing so we heard every step, crash, screaming & banging from upstairs and were woken by them regularly.
