Good location
Somewhat tired - needs some attention. No hot water other than through shower. Could not shut living room window.

Good location, clean and comfy beds. We were only there for a few hours - literally somewhere to shower and sleep before we resumed our cycle tour of Kent.
The shower/wet room floor seems to slope away from the drain, which means a very wet floor! A mop was provided though. And the towels proved were still damp. We had difficulty getting the wifi to work and gave up in the end. Mobile reception was good though, so not a biggie. And guests should be aware the third bedroom is more like a cupboard off one of the other bedrooms and would be a bit awkward if it was to be used by a couple.

Lovely clean house very well situated
Tv Wi-Fi signal was very bad spent all night trying to get it on. Bathroom and toilet downstairs not good for oldies getting up in night
