この夏の気候だと、クーラーのない部屋はいられない。事前に調べるべきでした。夜中も暑苦しくて眠れず疲労の溜まる滞在でした。調べなかった私たちの責任なのですが、夏のロンドン滞在ももはやクーラーは必須ですね。

The flat is small but we could amange with 2 youd kids. It is very comfortable though and well equipped. The reception staff very kind and professional. The location is amazing.
The rooms did not have air conditioning which was really very unpleasant given the heatwave in London. We asked for an extra fan as we had our kids, and the office staff said they will try but we did not get anything not even a note to apologize for not having provided the requested fan.

Pros: Excellent location, amazing view, very clean room, helpful reception staff, and a comfortable bed.
Cons: The room was advertised for 4 people, but in reality it was far too small for four adults. There was not enough space to open our suitcases or move around comfortably. Basic amenities such as kitchen paper towels were not provided, and the toilet flush was faulty, which should have been addressed before guests arrived.

Located in a very quiet area of London, you get to see the real London, not the touristy. A Supermarket a block and a half away. So convenient!!
