Great location near to Sloane Square and two underground stations. Sainsbury's store across the street. Ten minute walk to Chelsea Flower show. Washing machine was appreciated, as was microwave and electric oven for self-catering.
Our welcome by the Concierge was appalling. First ignored, then given the Basil Fawlty treatment. Asked to prove we had a booking, whilst he had our "Welcome" pack in his hand. After providing a printed copy of my Booking.com email, we were frowned upon for having a "Private booking"!! We also had mail sent there to be held for our arrival. That was never found! The first contact with any business is the Face of that business, and this Face needs a good slap!
