Close to shops, stations and bus stops. Quiet in the actual residential area. Beds were comfortable and my daughter loved the loft bed area.
The steps on the staircase are very narrow (small depth), so even with my small shoe size (23 cm), I found it quite difficult to go up and down the stairs. It’s not suitable for elderly people since the living area is in the second floor. There are plenty of beds, but there is only one bathroom with a toilet in the entire apartment. If you are staying with a large group, this is something you may want to consider.
