The hotel is a part of a group of hotels in the area, that share facilities and gardens. So on site there are pools, saunas, gyms, 7/11s and restaurants. It is a little dated, but it’s all clean and there are staff everywhere to help with things. We found it pretty easy to get to the train station and for places to walk and see close by the hotel, but it isn’t super close to anything.

Excellent hotel. We’ve stayed in many Prince hotels and this hotel is certainly one of their best. Beautiful room, tasty dinner, and the garden was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend.

Relaxing place in a city, a rare gem indeed!

Staff refused to cut me an extra keycard at check-in when I asked for it, response given was “Sorry, we cannot give”. Then, I left my card in the room accidentally and was forced to ask for another to be provided. Few of my colleagues and friends were hanging out at the lobby lounge chatting. We bought some snacks and drinks from the 7-11 within the hotel that’s right beside the lounge. We were rudely being told off by the staff that we cannot eat there when there was no signage whatsoever. The staff could have politely informed us instead of telling us “You cannot eat here” with an unpleasant voice and face. It was a terrible experience for a group of business travellers like us. The staff need more trainings.
