아쉬운점은 없네요.

The location was great. It was near a train station, near restaurants, convenience stores and even a supermarket. The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. Everything in the apartment worked. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

When we arrived, we didn't receive our code for the entrance to our apartment. We had to contact the owners, who didn't respond immediately so we called booking,com. We finally got our code about 45minutes later but after a long flight, walking around the city because we landed in the morning and could not check-in until 5pm, we were quite distressed at not being able to access the apartment. In addition, everything in the apartment was in Japanese....from the heating controls to the bathroom controls. Perhaps the owners could consider having an English guidebook on hand to assist in the proper usage of the facilities? And please, kindly message the codes to us at least a day before our arrival. Our neighbour who had the unit upstairs encountered the same thing so we told him to contact booking.com and wait. The code will eventually arrive. He informed me the next morning that he waited for an hour for his code.

Excelente todo, el mejor hospedaje en el que me he quedado, muy limpio, amplio, cerca del metro, todo excelente

Solo por decir algo, la puerta de entrada tenia una especie de problema, habia que moverla para que abriera. Otros huespedes se quedaron fuera por no poder abrir y nos culparon de poner seguro, pero eso no fue nada problematico, solo un detalle pequeño

場所も設備も良かった 写真の通り綺麗です 駅も近く、有料駐車場も隣

隣の部屋の鍵が開いてしまい、自分達の部屋も開いてしまうのか？と心配になった 宿の管理ではなく、宿泊者の管理の問題かも？ 駐車場は一泊で7000円程度 場所が場所だけに仕方ない
