La ubicación parecería ser algo positivo por estar cerca de los atractivos de Izamal, sin embargo este local se ubica en una de las calles con mas tránsito y ruido del pueblo y la única puerta que da ventilación y luz natural al lugar (que es la de acceso) abre directamente a la calle, eliminando toda privacidad e invitando al imparable ruido de motos, coches y personas pasando que dura todo el dia y gran parte de la noche (terrible calidad de sueño). El diminuto baño y la habitación están en pisos distintos con una cantidad considerable de escaleras. Este es un local que debe de utilizarse con fines comerciales y no para alojamiento.
