Beautiful garden, quite big, whith a common small swinming pool. Nice and kind host. Very good location.
The appartement (with the two bedroom) on the street side is very noisy, due to the traffic and no isolation. The quality of the bed and the kichen fourniture could be improved.

Jesus is such a lovely owner of this beautiful little hotel in Valladolid. We had one of only 4 rooms here and felt like we had the place all to ourselves.
The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and the public cenote. This is a great place to stay in Valladolid for a few nights. Good kitchen, comfy beds and a nice pool to sink into after exploring the town. Would recommend Cocina Rosita as a restaurant. Beautiful home cooked Mexican food for excellent value for money (300 pesos for a meal for 2 plus drinks and a baby)
Bring cash just in case Jesus doesn’t have the card machine available.

La Casa del Arbol is absolutely beautiful in so many ways. From the moment we arrived, we fell in love. The outdoor area is enchanting - green & full of life, we spent a great deal of time enjoying the breeze in the shade. The pool is clean and fantastic for a quick cool down. Our villa (Chichen Itza) was perfect for us - very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and generously equipped. Beds were very comfortable, slept so well here. Bathroom is hygienic and well presented, hot water available. Kitchen was fabulous - stove top, fridge/freezer, kitchenware & cookware provided - loved preparing meals here. Ceiling fans, air con and wifi all worked well.
Jesus is the perfect host, warm, friendly, always available. Staff are sweet & kind, very professional.
The location was ideal - 20min walk to centro, 5/10min walk to mini markets, supermarket, and local eateries.
If you enjoy a peaceful, chilled accommodation with authentic local touches, La Casa del Arbol is the place for you.

We didn't like leaving 🥹This is one of 'those' places, friends. The lump in your tummy as you pack your bag and prepare to vacate. The sad feeling of saying adios.

The backyard was amazing. Loved the hammock time and the beautiful garden.
It is a bit far from the centre of town if you are walking.
