I have very mixed feelings about this place. It should be excellent, but unfortunately there are so many things that let it down. The Positives are a good location away from the hustle and bustle. Food in Francisco Hu May is also about a third of the price of Tulum. Absolutely loved the hammocks and the yoga deck.

- the owner falsely advertises 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is in the kitchen (a studio) and the second bedroom is above the kitchen (studio loft). Calling this a 3 bedroom house is ridiculous. - The hot water in the shower wasn’t working. It was either boiling or freezing with no in between. - Outside shower for second bedroom has no hot water. - Shower drain kept blocking. - The toilet kept blocking up. - Openings in the house meant there were mosquitos everywhere. - Very basic kitchen utensils. - Dirty kitchen on arrival. Exploded cans in the freezer and mouldy coffee in the percolator. - Seems to be built next to a rooster farm, and they crow all night.
