For us this accomodation was perfect to explore Chichen Itza and visit the Cenote Ik Kil. Vanessa and her son helped us to make the most of our stay at Casa Victoria by supplying valuable information, arranging transport and organizing a guided visit to the archelogical site (via their relative Josh). The accomodation itself was great and we enjoyed the pool.
Breakfast option would have been great, but there are several shops in walking distance to satisfy any needs.

Casa Victoria is a hidden gem only a few minutes from Chichen Itza. It is a well cared for property run by a family and they do a wonderful job to make sure your stay is perfect. We hired their tour guide to lead us around Chichen Itza. He was a wonderful Mayan gentleman who loves his culture. Our taxi driver charged us 200 pesos to get from the Tren Maya station to the Casa and 100 pesos from Casa to Chichen Itza.
We liked everything about the property. We walked a couple of blocks to restaurants for our meals which didn’t bother us at all. Our group of 4 ranged in age from 64-74 years and we walked most of the time, but also called a taxi to get us places. Very easy. If you do walk back to Casa at night, bring a headlamp or flashlight as there are no streetlights on the calle.
They do not serve breakfast so be prepared for that. That may change soon! Before going to Chichen Itza, our taxi driver took us to a restaurant for breakfast. We met our guide at 830 am.
