La vicinanza al centro, il supermercato e la fermata del tram appena fuori l'appartamento, avere un parcheggio riservato, la lavatrice a disposizione.
L'insonorizzazione praticamente assente, si sente ogni movimento di chi sta al piano di sopra, manca l'aria condizionata (è presente un ventilatore ma fa bene poco con la calura estiva), ci è stato dato un solo asciugamano a persona per una settimana, mancano alcune dotazioni base in cucina (bilancia/carta scottex). Pulizia un po' sommaria. Il bagno è cieco e manca la ventola, la cucina ha solo una finestra sul soffitto e non è possibile aprirla.
