The location was amazing and the check in was fantastic ! It was super easy to communicate with the property prior to our stay and they allowed us to check in earlier than stated.

Maybe it was bad luck but in terms of cleanliness, it wasn’t the best. Dishes were stored away but when we went to get some, some were not clean. Also, we couldn’t walk barefoot as the floors weren’t clean. In appearance, everything looked clean but my husband’s feet were black after walking barefoot. That was a turn off for us.

Welcome staff was great. Very helpful and kind. The room was spacious. Loved having the balconies. The location was quiet, which is a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We lost cell service the moment we left the apartment- even on the back balcony. Most bookings had more guest items, like paper towel or extra toilet paper. There were exactly the amount of towels needed for the exact number of people. It would have been nice to have a couple extra. It also would have been nice to be able to use the lift, especially considering our luggage. I also didn't like that the day we were leaving, the cleaning crew was there at 0819 hrs when I had a cab lined up for 0900 made by the host. I was very clear what time we'd be leaving and they just opened right up with a key. I didn't care for that.

la ubicacion es excelente! el departamento es grande, comodo y muy lindo. Tiene muy buena luz un balcon hermoso y es super tranquilo. Tiene todas las comodidades que se necesitan para hospearte en familia.

Perfekte Lage, sehr sauber, sehr guter Check-in, sehr bequemes Bett, viel Platz - wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und werden wieder kommen!
