Posizione estremamente comoda, a un tiro di schioppo da Santa Maria Maggiore, a 10 minuti a piedi da Termini e altrettanti dalla zona Colosseo/Fori. Vari locali e supermercati nei dintorni. Alcune componenti impiantistiche sono leggermente datate, ma appartamento spazioso, pulito e ordinato. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, succo di frutta, the, caffè e tisane, oltre a detersivo, sale, olio e zucchero. Abbiamo apprezzato questa gentilezza. L'host ci ha poi consigliato alcuni ristoranti sia in zona che fuori zona, ne abbiamo provato uno e ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Via rumorosa fino alle 22-23 circa, con bambini abbastanza piccoli si fatica ad addormentarli. Per il resto, tutto ok.

La posizione
Il bagno era a livelli minimi di decenza. Acqua calda solo in doccia e non nel lavandino e bidet. Odore di fogna che esce dagli scarichi. Per non sentirlo in tutta la casa bisogna tenere chiusa la porta del bagno…. Ma quando si apre si sviene. Una camera a gas. Inoltre l’impianto elettrico non è a norma. Nel cuore della notte si è accesa una lampada. Le persiano con il vento hanno perso pezzi di legno che sono finiti in strada… abbiamo rischiato un danno con i passanti nel marciapiede sotto. I pezzi di legno li abbiamo raccolti e riportati in camera
