I wish we had stayed elsewhere!
I extremely regret choosing this property. They asked for a £250 deposit which i paid assuming the deposit will be refunded within 24 hours as it has always been the case with properties that take a deposit. But not this one, they just ignore you! I have had to escalate this with booking.com and the host has been ignoring them too.
No human, your booking is dealt via an AI agent throughout who keeps sending yiu generic responses and if you need any answers it says i will get back to you 'shortly' and then no communication To make it worse the place wasn't as good as it looks in pictures. It smelled as if someone smokes there regularly. We had young kids with us so it was very uncomfortable.
