We absolutely loved our stay! The yurt was beautiful — it had a peaceful, sanctuary-like vibe that instantly made us feel relaxed and connected to nature. It was such an inspiring experience that it made us seriously consider off-grid living in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge.

An idyllic getaway

We loved the presentation of the hut, beautiful views and hot tub has the wow factor. Inside was warm, clean and had a cosy feeling. They had left us some homemade scones, cream & jam, which was a special touch. Fresh milk from the farm, tea/coffee supplied. Hot tub had been filled for us and wood ready to light in the heater which meant we could get straight to relaxing whilst it heated up. Bed was very comfy and shower was nice and hot. We thought the nippin’t shop and wheelbarrows were a great idea incase you forgot anything and the wheelbarrows great for loading your luggage. My advice would be bring your own food for cooking on the bbq which we did and had a great time! We would highly recommend coming here and we will most certainly be visiting again!

Outstanding stay

We stayed here for my daughters 8th birthday and we had the most amazing time. The staff we're so welcoming and we loved the little extras like the cake and flowers on arrival. The hot tub was a big hit too. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay. The Evans family

The location is beautiful, facilities are good and Amy was attentive and very helpful.

A hairdryer would have been good. Given the cost of the stay, charging for the second night's wood (which you need for the hot tub and/or BBQ) seems unnecessarily stingy.

Hobbit hole- in the shire (Mostly)

Loved how well appointed the yurt was! Very cute on first impressions. The bed was very comfy and the yurt was well heated. The cooking facilities were good for glamping. The views were very good especially from the hot tub over the valley. In two days I saw a barn owl which was hunting and a deer just outside of the tent. Elsewhere nearby I saw lots of other wildlife so I think that the location is pretty good if you are into that sort of thing. For walkers and lord of the rings fans the farm is located on the Tolkien Trail which was a very enjoyable and picturesque route.

Not so much a criticism as a statement of fact- the glamping is on a farm and farms come with farm smells. The glamping field is well away from the farm so you most likely won't be smelling any bad smells from your cabin. The parking lot is on the farm so be prepared for a little walk to get from the farm to your bed. It rained very heavily while I was there and the yurt did leak- a very small amount. It wasn't any inconvenience. Also- I did go camping in March so perhaps I should look at myself in the mirror.....

Getaway much needed!

Myself and my partner really enjoyed the space we had some other lodges and the landscape and the wildlife was just excellent and we just enjoyed every minute of it!!

All though we loved everything, we were disappointed to know that the fireplace stated in the facilities section was a running fireplace so should people get a disclaimer in there! But everything again was excellent

How cosy it was

Not much really . The green area to the front of out hut is natural for wildlife which is lovely. If I had come with my son he wouldn’t have been able to play in front he would have had to go into other areas which might have distributed other peoples stay that’s the only negative

Going glamping and getting ready for a wedding can go hand in hand, great stay, great family stay.

The facilities were great, everything was clean - fly spray provided, shampoo, shower gel, cooking facilities - had a 6 month old with me and was easy to cope

It rained so the amount of cover was limited - which was unfortunate and as the BBQ was left out, it had collected water so we couldn't use it - suggest a lid to stop this happening

What a beautiful little place

The Yurt was so cosy, and the little touches like the coffee etc in the basket and jug of fresh milk in the fridge. It was lovely. The hot tub was already heated and stayed warm for hours. The little outside kitchen was fully equipped, and we got to watch the thunderstorm outside sat at the kitchen bar. Honestly, I would recommend this place if you want a quiet and relaxing stay. Absolutely beautiful, thank you so much. It was a delight.

Words can't really express how wonderful this little piece of heaven is. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The yurt is amazing, so cosy, comfortable and spacious and really nicely decorated. Lying in a rolltop bath with views of Pendle Hill, toasting Marshmallows, sitting in the hot tub gazing at the stars. The well equipped outdoor kitchen, loved cooking breakfast in this. So many lovely little touches like torches and binoculars and guide books and games Joanne went the extra mile and took the kids around the fields in her quad trailer, let us feed the Alpacas and meet the cows and their gorgeous calves. There is a great little shop on site as well We cant wait to go back to this amazing and safe space, I could go on forever it was so good.

Absolutely everything! Every detail was spot on! first time me and my husband have been away together in 9 years without the children and it was just perfect. We loved every single minute. We definitely will be coming back every year for our anniversary 🥰

Absolute heaven 😍

Perfect perfect perfect. Honestly where do I begin. We stayed in the lovely Bluebell shepherd's hut and she did not disappoint. The attention to detail set it apart from others. The surroundings are stunning and so incredibly peaceful. What an absolute gem of a find. The wood fired hot tub was phenomenal and we even met the delightful Alpacas. 😊 The host and her daughter were so attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Would also recommend getting up early and watching the sunrise 🌅 as it was so beautiful to see snuggled under our blankets outside with the birds singing. Memories banked for a very long time. Will absolutely most definitely be back. Thank you guys keep up rhe excellent work. 👏 xx

From the moment we arrived Joanne was welcoming and helpful. The yurt was great, everything you need for a romantic relaxing weekend. The hot tub was definitely a highlight, the surroundings are perfect. We ordered afternoon tea and a BBQ pack , both high quality and worth every penny. Joanne and Andy are wonderful hosts , highly recommend. All the best from Tina and Joe.

We stayed in the Bluebell hut for 3 nights and it was excellent. Joanne was so so lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful! The hut itself, along with the views were beautiful; we were so sad to be leaving but already can’t wait to go back!
