A lodge that’s good for a short stay providing what you need to be comfortable whilst away from home.

The property was clean, tidy and well equipped for a short stay

Unfortunately the position whilst set within a lovely park is very near a major road which brings with it a lot of traffic noise through the day and night

A lot of information before arriving was slightly overwhelming receiving lots of emails and texts.

We had a very cosy, comfortable stay overall and found the location very handy for our needs.

The lodge was very clean and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches like a warm blanket to throw over knees in the living room. It had everything you are likely to need. I particularly liked the blinds in the living room which offered privacy, but could also be pulled to look like shutters and let in some more light. The layout was good, and just about everything worked.

We could not find a way to switch on the electric fire. The light came on and it flickered like a fire, but there was no heat coming from it. We suspected that part had been disconnected for some reason. .The cutlery was not completely clean. I suggest the cleaners who come in after occupancy should check this, as leaving the cleaning of used items such as these to guests under time pressure to leave on time is a bit hit or miss. .There was a slight dip in the centre of the double bed.

Communication before arrival was great, easy to locate and enter, very clean and comfortable, loved it , best compliment i can pay is ive already booked again for weekend in october

Beautiful lodge set in a lovely holiday park.

Set on a lovely, spacious park with it's own lake, surrounded by wildlife. The lodge itself was very neat and beautifully laid out, with all amenities that we needed for our stay. It was lovely seeing lots of little bunny rabbits skipping around the lodge.

The second room with single beds was very small and hard to navigate with an elderly family member but we managed.

Easy to locate, just off the A road, central location and beautiful views.

It’s a shame there isn’t a cafe or bar on site, or a crossing to walk across the road to the retail park and restaurants across the road, and you have to go via car around the dual carriageway.
