Location is great. Balcony really good and useful. Aircon very good. It’s a decent apartment. Good fridge/freezer. Quiet

We had issues getting in on arrival. Took 30 mins to sort. They try to do it with an on line app but it just does not work properly. The people working for the host who had been excellent up to that point were very reluctant to actually come and do anything so we stood out in the street for ages. Bathroom had wonky toilet and shower leaked onto floor as it wasn’t draining properly. Overall the fitting of the flat has obviously been done cheaply so I expect that it is likely further problems will arise. Shame because it could be really great

Het terras was een groot pluspunt.

Er was miscommunicatie rond de sleutels van het verblijf, maar dit werd besproken met de eigenaar.

El piso es tal como se ve en las fotos: moderno, limpio, muy bien equipado y cómodo. La ubicación es ideal para quienes buscan estar cerca del centro, en un lugar tranquilo y muy bien comunicado con el transporte público. El clima en Madrid no acompañó mucho, pero no se notó, ya que pudimos cocinar y disfrutar del piso como si estuviésemos en casa.

A la hora del check-in ha sido algo lioso para mí por tener que hacerlo desde una plataforma externa (Hostify) y que desconocía. Luego de buscar información pude completarlo. Por lo demás, el anfitrión siempre se ha mostrado predispuesto a ayudar y ofrecer toda la información necesaria.
