The villa has a great location and a suitable space for 8 people. The house is generally well-equipped. ​ ​

Communication & Check-in: It was very difficult to reach the person in charge. Responses took days. Despite confirming earlier about the El Gouna gate permit to avoid delays, we were stuck at the gate for an hour because it wasn't ready. ​Cleanliness & Pests: The villa was not clean upon arrival. There was an ant infestation everywhere, and we even found a gecko. I tried contacting the host immediately, but got no reply until the next day when they sent someone to clean. By then, I had already cleaned the whole house myself on the first day. Also, the bedsheets and comforters were not all clean. ​Wi-Fi Issues: There was no internet at first, and it took time to reach out and fix it. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi package ran out after just two days, and we spent the rest of our stay without Wi-Fi. ​ The overall experience was okay, but these issues wasted a lot of our vacation time. The lack of quick responses from the host made the situation much worse. The property has great potential and could be wonderful if they only took better care of it and maintained it properly.
